Luangpu Phut, the ex abbot of wat pa salawan is one of Luangpu Sao's disciple, he became a monk in 1942
he is also one of the last meditation master who revitalized and reactivatd the forest tradition.
Apart from building public structures including temples, he has been recognized as an outstanding person who teaches dharma in the form of preachings, lectures, and distribution of religious books and cassette tapes. He has also trained students, teachers and people in Sung Noen District on how to develop intellectually through dharma for more than 10 years.
In 1993, he was honored by the cultural Center of Nakhon Ratchasima for preaching to improve peopleํs quality of life.Wat Pa Salawan is located behind Nakhon Ratchasima Railway Station. This monastery houses the ralics of Acharn Man, Acharn Tim, and Acharn Sao, three holy well known Buddhist monks of Thailand.
