Phra Arakhant Upakutda is the legendary monk during Buddha's era, he is also known as Boowa Khim (Lotus Buddha) in different posture. many people in northern Thailand/Myanmar believes that he is order by Lord Buddha to take care of the alms bowl and ropes of Lord Buddha and hand them to the future Buddha. So that the teaching of Lord Buddha will passing down to next generation.

佛牌經已鑲上防水盒.
在泰北或緬甸人都非常相信的烏巴庫upakut/烏巴扣upakot羅漢， 和人稱之為蓮花佛的Boowa khim乃同一尊佛像， 只是造型不同而有不同稱呼。相傳烏巴庫羅漢持有釋迦佛祖的衣缽，其因是釋迦佛祖交待烏巴庫羅漢等待未來佛的誕生， 把佛祖衣缽交給未來佛， 好讓佛法在末法時繼續轉下去。因此在泰北或緬甸的佛教弟子非常相信烏巴庫羅漢尚在人世間。故此若佩戴或供拜烏巴庫羅漢將會得到他的保佑。
另相傳他在深水中修行， 而他也曾經以水滅魔， 因此也有人稱他為水尊者
